We Help You…
List Your Home
Upon acquiring a listing appointment, we will meet with you to look at your home and give you a price estimate, we will review the services we provide, and sign any listing documents. Once this is done, we will list your home on 20+ websites including our own for the maximum amount of exposure.
Advertising
We will take 50-80 pictures of the home and the community it is located in, and we will advertise these pictures with a well written description about the home and community on 20+ websites.
Selling Homes
We will show the home to potential qualified buyers. We negotiate any offers made. We assist with the park approval, home inspection and termite inspection process. We will write and have signed all required sales documents. We will transfer the tag and title from the seller’s name to the buyer’s name.
